The maintained Markdown corpus explains what healthcare and social care organisations must legally send digitally or make digitally available across all four UK nations. Publicly funded healthcare is primary; private providers are compared. The home page gives the direct answer. A national comparison and core care and protection worked examples expand it; national/legal chapters and the exact catalogue provide specialist depth. Individual care receives most attention; planning, research and public health are also in scope.
The maintained Markdown corpus and registered evidence are authoritative. Human pages, agent discovery and graph views derive from the same material. Generated graph connections are navigation aids, not new legal evidence.

The source register records authority, instrument type, territory, retrieval and limits. The evidence matrix records bounded claims. The validation queue preserves unresolved status and missing evidence. The research log records changes.
The agent entry point and context map route future work. The graph helps find connections; read canonical sources after a graph query. Full-text search and source citations provide additional routes.
This repository pins Standard v0.1.0-rc.9 at commit 8800e139d73fd58ee1bd756d3e5497f62ed678e4. Its own research corpus, title, palette and service identity remain project-owned. Public publication uses a separately checked static build while the managed local preview remains on port 8035.
